Since CSN only has limited bandwidth available, the following limitations on network traffic (up- and download) exist:

• 10,000 MB from 8 am to 12 am (08:00–24:00)
• No limit from 12 am to 8 am (00:00–08:00)

Network services within the university network are generally unrestricted, however, certain inbound connections are not allowed.

In addition to the restrictions mentioned in Appendix II the following restrictions currently apply

• The following worm and malware ports are blocked: 135, 445, 1025, 2745, 3127, 3140, 6129, 17300
• Non-allowed programs: Hamachi
